Yogacharya HS Arun, a revered senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, started his journey under the tutelage of Yoga guru Sri BKS Iyengar in the year 1978. Before 1978, he was a young yoga practitioner with extreme flexibility and was so consumed in his practice that he was misguided that the giddiness he suffers during his practice is actually the rise of  Kundalini. Ajith Kumar, a great yoga practitioner introduced him to Iyengar Yoga.
