Before starting to Practice and studying these poses, it's recommended to practice regular slow controlled joint rotations for all the joints. This is every day and it only takes 10/15 mins.
There is no one food that helps everyone with RA, But some people find that eating foods and vegetables that reduce inflammation can help ease their joint pain. You'll need to experiment to see which, if any, foods work for you. Here are a few suggestions to try
To consume - Fish, Turmeric, Ginger, Chuna (same that we have in Paan), Parsley.Spinach, All fruits, All kinds of organic oils, Green tea.
To avoid - Processed food, Fried food, Sugars, Refined carbohydrates, cheese and high fat diary, alcohol.
Best of all medications is Meditation/Mindfulness.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions
Sending much love & light for you :)
