Effect of pandemic on people's live has been profound and devastating and includes not only the physical health of people but mental health as well. WHO declared COVID - 19 as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30th January 2020 and since then many surveys across the globe have recorded an unprecedented rise in mental disorders amongst people.

Insightful talk by Dr. N Ganesh Rao, where he will highlight how Yoga can be an efficacious treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He will be sharing how mindful breathing & yoga practice can be an effective tool to find a new life after trauma.

Professor & Ph. D. Guide in Yoga and Philosophy (8 students have received Ph. D. under Dr. Rao) – associated with Kaivalyadhama, Mumbai University, Somaiya University, Sri Sri University (Bubhaneshwar), College of Defense Management (Secunderabad), Art of Living (Bangalore), Maharashtra National Law University (Mumbai), Yoga Alliance (USA) and several other Institutes.
He has conducted till date more than 21000 Yoga Sessions covering all aspects of yoga (theoretical and practical) and Working as Director of SAAC of IYA.
