Yoga poses for healthy lungs

Can anyone suggest me what poses I should do for healthy lungs? It's not for Covid-19 but as in general at this point in time when there is less pollution what asanas I should practice for healthy lungs.

All postures promote healthy lungs! To name a few which i feel are effective and easy to perform are - Tadasana, Side Bending Chakrasana, Sethubandasana, Bhujangasana, Parvatasana. Kapalbhati Kriya and Nadi Shodhana Pranayama are also very effective practices for healthy lung function.

In the least of efforts its lying down on the bolster in T-shape for 10 to 15 mins every day to open and strengthen the lungs with very slow and deep breathing, as well as soft and smooth regular controlled mindfull breathing.
