Revitalize Mind and Body, while Living in Stressful Times

“Stress is that something that grows in our mind, in human mind. It doesn’t come through physical strain.” - Swami Rama
This weekend program focuses on how individuals who are experiencing stress in their daily lives can use these time-tested methods to relieve stress. Breathing and relaxation exercises will be taught as important tools to promote inner peace and balance. Three vegetarian meals are provided daily. Participants can arrive for lunch on Friday (1-2:00 p.m.). The program ends on Sunday after lunch. 
Participants can extend their stay for a few days on a guided silence retreat, under the faculty supervision.
