Deepen your practice, obtain physical vitality, mental clarity, body awareness. You will be introduced to intermediate and advanced yoga asanas focused on alignment and long-held postures. The daily practice and increased mental and physical health have a huge impact on personal life.

Learn how to have a fulfilling and safe personal practice. Through mediation sessions, Hatha Yoga classes, and daily life awareness practices, we share a path of compassion and gratitude. Yoga classes continue for 120 minutes. We start every class with Mantra chanting and quick meditation and finish with 10 minutes of Savasana.
Focus on specific details of asana, muscle activation, gravity distribution, and energy, bringing you closer to the correct alignment of every asana. This practice can also be challenging, as it involves long holding postures, sustaining effort, and concentration. Iyengar style yoga is gentle to the limitation of the body and is important to approach it with caution. Our studio is supplied with a variety of props, that you can use to help your body relax and grow safely. 
 
Alpesh Yoga provides detailed instructions and guidance to enable students to develop a strong foundation for personal practice. Our dedicated team of yoga instructors teaches Hatha yoga in the tradition of Iyengar which focuses on the optimal flow of breath and energy through the body.
