SPINAL  Extensions, Rotations, Bends, Waves,
CORE strengthening.

3rd Part - UDAAN(FLIGHT)
Headstands, Forearm balance, 
Restorative Yoga - Guided Pranayam & Meditations 
 
  • Homework will be given after each workshop. 
  • I will also be available for assistance throughout this 6 weeks. 
  • Will try to record the videos for those who are not able to join live classes.

Facilitator 
Prashant’s philosophy is to bring a holistic, disciplined and playful quality to yoga and movement. He thrive in curating and deconstructing the yoga practice in a personalized manner so each practitioner can experience comfort and joy that enlivens the senses. Through a curiosity in other modalities, Prashant has delved into the techniques of modern & ancient forms of Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Qi Gong, Martial Arts as well as the medical and anatomical understanding of the human body. Prashants dedication to the Iyengar method and passion for Yoga Therapy has inspired him to study under his gurus such as Dr. Abhay Kesti and Usha Devi since 14 + years. From October to March He is running his own Yoga Clinic - Udaan - Yoga & Movement Clinic in Goa, and rest of the months travelling and teaching around Europe.
