Liver is the most vital organs of the body. I have posted this video helpful for dealing with fatty liver, and any other liver problems. This poses will improve as well as to maintain proper functioning of a healthy liver. All these yoga poses with proper breathing will helps to stimulates the liver and boosts its function. In addition Drinking enough water will also to flush toxins from your liver.
