How My Favorite Yoga Poses Changed My Life
Yoga DiscussionI used to be stressed out all the time and felt like I was constantly struggling to keep my head above water. That all changed when I discovered my favorite yoga poses. At Ananta Ayurveda, I first tried downward-facing dog, which was a real challenge for me.
But with practice, I learned to let go of tension and breathe deeply while in the pose, experiencing a sense of release and calm. Then I tried tree pose, which challenged my balance and helped me feel more grounded and stable. It was a reminder to appreciate my body and all it can do, with the guidance of the experienced teachers at Ananta Ayurveda, Yoga Centre.
These poses have become more than just physical exercises - they've transformed my life. I now feel more connected to my body and have a sense of inner peace and resilience. And it's all thanks to the transformative power of yoga.
sensations in spine
Hatha YogaHi!
I practice yoga when I was young but could not find spiritual teacher in my country. Now I am 49.
From that time I have sensations from time to time on spine where chacras projects, especially first four-five chacras.
Some tablets that I take can triger it or it can happend just from nowhere.
Feeling is something like "butterflys" in stomack feeling.
Does anybody know is that because chacras are closed and that is negative effect, or chacras try to "wake up" and effect is positive.
Thank you very much!
