VIPASSANA MEDITATION

 

Have you tried the yogic technique of meditation? Meditation is a deep technique that helps you experience mental peace and rejuvenation on a deeper level. One of these techniques is Vipassana meditation, also known as Insight meditation. This meditation technique helps you focus on your inner self without judging.Vipassana is one such meditation technique that is beneficial for your body and mind. For starters, it is the oldest Buddhist meditation techniques with a history going back 2500 years. Vipassana is more of a gentle technique that makes you aware of your own life experiences and focus on the inner world. In the ancient Pali language, the word Vipassana means seeing things as they really are. Practicing Vipassana meditation requires observing your thoughts and emotions as they are without getting attached to them.

The vipassana meditation is a better meditation technique in comparison to Pranayama or the Visualization technique. In Vipassana, you focus on the inner self and not try to control the feelings and emotions that come up.
