The Bhagavad Gita: Timeless Wisdom
Gītā Jayanti marks the day when Bhagavan Śrī Kṛṇṣa disclosed an eternal lesson to Arjuṇa in Kurukṣetra during Māhābhārata. Gītā Jayanti, which happens on the 11th day of a waxing moon during Mārgaśīrṣa according to traditional Hindu calendars. This year, it falls on the 3rd of December, and we are having 3 renowned yoga scholars from 3 generations!

Who is This For?
The Bhagavad Gītā is a map and a guidebook for our lives. Not only does it seek to answer the most profound philosophical questions, but also about how to live life effectively in this ever-changing world we find ourselves in. In today’s time, the Bhagavad Gītā is an allegorical representation of the never-ending conflict which takes place in one's mind.

We are also delighted to share that the participants’ fees from this program will be donated to the Blind Relief Association.
Each session will deal with one element and will comprise the following,
- Theory lecture on the element of the day, along with its impact on body, mind, and life.
- Recommendations on which asana to practice to work on specific elements.
- Understanding how the elements work together through our body systems and the Prana Vayus.
