“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
Yoga gives you an opportunity to rediscover who you are! It restores a sense of completion- it makes us one with what exists all around us. This year we celebrated International Yoga Day digitally on 19th June 2022 on the theme- Yoga is life-transforming.
To make it the most delightful and enlightening experience of our lives, we’ve welcomed six renowned yoga gurus on hellomyyoga to share their wisdom with all our participants who took part from 27 countries.
All six speakers mentioned how much of an impact yoga can have on one’s life and that breathing was integral to living.
