  • Find a quiet place where you can lie down or sit comfortably without interruptions.
  • Dim the lights and consider lighting a candle or burning some incense to enhance the experience.
  • We highly recommend using headphones for a more profound and immersive journey.
  • Let go of any tension, focus on your breath, and allow the vibrations to guide you into stillness.
  • This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with the healing power of sound and celebrate the spirit of Buddha Purnima.
