This session with Dr. Deepak Sachdeva and Savithri Ravi Krishnan will help yoga practitioners to enhance their anatomical awareness and connect the practices of yoga to mind, body, and breath. They will learn about psychophysiology and yogic anatomy, and learn about the importance of sound and chanting for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through breathing and chanting.
Dr. Rao's session is about covering the philosophical aspects of Yoga and how it's relevant in everyday life. It will also explore the 195 sutras in "Yoga Sutras" by Patanjali and discuss how they can be applied in one's life.

- Theory lecture on the element of the day, along with its impact on body, mind, and life.
- Recommendations on which asana to practice to work on specific elements.
- Understanding how the elements work together through our body systems and the Prana Vayus.
