This program can be attended by Fitness Enthusiasts or Yoga instructors, wellness coaches, or anyone who wants to learn about Yoga and Mudgar.

The yoga session led by Bosky, designed to transition your body from high-energy excitement to deep relaxation.
In the mudgar session, you will learn the basics of swinging the Mudgar with the right technique and repetitions.
Absolutely! Beginners can attend all these session. It will be an amazing hands on experience with the experts who have dedicated there time and energy for a decade.
All the props related to the workshop will be provided at the breathing room, Pune. However, if you want, you're allowed to bring your own yoga mat or mudgar. Make sure you don't forget to bring your ID card that verifies your name and towel, as it's going to be sweaty
