Buddha Purnima or Vesak, marks the birth, enlightenment and parinirvana (passing away) of Gautam Buddha. Buddha suggested us practices that are central to the path of spiritual development, known as the Dharma. It is an outline for the path to liberate from suffering (dukkha) and attain enlightenment (nirvana).
This meditative practice, curated by hellomyyoga and yoga instructor Neha Celly, aims to receive deeply the heart inside our heart, the silence within....
