Sessions by

Nishtha Bijlani brings to class the classical teachings of hatha, ashtanga and iyengar methods. Her vibrant energy yet comforting presence is sure to make you fall in love with the practice. In this workshop, she will take you through a series of drills, techniques, and holds that will be strengthening and therapeutic.

Neelam Mangat comes with 10 years of experience in the industry. Her classes are a creative play of unique movement methodologies from Yoga and Pilates. In this workshop, you will experience mat Pilates with props such as rings, bands and balls. The burn is going to be real!

Nithin, aka The Shredded Farmer, turned his life upside down by leaving his high life in Dubai to move to his farmland in Kerala and take up traditional Indian fitness with Mudgar, Gada & Sumtola. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of swinging the Mudgar with the right technique and repetitions. Learn to rebuild strength & mobility in your shoulders and let go of accumulated stiffness.

Movement Lab is a 6 - hours, 2-day weekend fitness event hosted in Pune. The event aims to offer a flow that helps to release the physical and mental barriers while elevating fitness goals to another level.
June 8th and 9th at The Breathing Room, Aundh, Pune.
This program can be attended by Fitness Enthusiasts or Yoga/Pilates instructors, wellness coaches, or anyone who wants to learn about Yoga, Pilate and Mudgar.
All the props related to the workshop will be provided at the Breathing Room, Pune. However, if you want, you're allowed to bring your own yoga mat or mudgar. Make sure you don't forget to bring your ID card that verifies your name and towel, as it's going to be sweaty.
In a yoga session, on you will go through a series of drills, techniques and holds which will be strengthening yet therapeutic.
In the mudgar session, you will learn the basics of swinging the Mudgar with the right technique and repetitions.
In pilates session, you will experience mat Pilates with props such as rings, bands and balls.
Absolutely! Beginners can attend all these session. It will be an amazing hands on experience with the experts who have dedicated there time and energy for a decade.
Both Days Pass: If you plan to attend both days, then regular fee is INR 12,400 per head, but if you plan to get a partner along, then prices slash to INR 10,800/- per head. Single-Day Pass: If you plan to attend any of the one-day sessions, then regular fee is INR 7,500/- per head, but if you plan to get a partner along, then the price slashes INR 6500/- per head

There will be refreshment after each session and lunch will be served after the last session.
This program is meant for teenager and adults. However, there is a space outside the main hall to sit( inside the venue). If your babysitter and child have to sit, we can create a space for them.
