In this 5 session workshop, we will cover one element per session and learn how to tap into the potential of the five elements to create a joyful life and evolve towards our full potential.
It's time we embrace the truth that human intelligence isn't separate from nature's intelligence and that living a happy, healthy, and balanced life is about living in harmony with Pancha Mahabhuta.
Recordings will be available for 6 months.
Program Highlights
Each session will deal with one element and will comprise the following,
- Theory lecture on the element of the day, along with its impact on body, mind, and life.
- Recommendations on which asana to practice to work on specific elements.
- Understanding how the elements work together through our body systems and the Prana Vayus.
- Knowing the psychology of five elements and how deeply they impact our mind and thoughts.
- Reflection exercises will be aimed at working on emotions and our perception of the world.
- Practice element-specific Beeja Mantras to facilitate meditation.
- Session assignment per session.
- Q&A, and class sharing.
