You need not escape into a forest to gain silence, here we get you in your city in Pune the chance of uninterrupted spiritual practice. This six hours and two days workshop offers you an experience of smooth transition to inner peace and letting everything else shut off.
This two days workshop is a combination of three different styles of practices coming from three different schools of yoga. (Please follow Program Schedule)
Session 1 with Mrunal Pawar: Yoga session will include a combination of asana and mantra with controlled breathing. This class will help participants in setting the mood from chaos towards calmness. Her yoga asana sequence will help you to find a way to unwind the stress held in different body parts with body awareness, while chanting will lead to a deeper connection with oneself.
Session 2 with Harshvardhan Jhaveri: Pranayama and Meditation session is a continuity to the mood set by the first session. This session will allow participants to practice guided pranayama and meditation techniques which will further lead to the relaxation of the brain's limbic system; deeper relaxation.
Session 3 with Sn. Karmarath: Yoga nidra session is inspired by Bihar School of Yoga. He will be concluding this workshop with traditional Yoga Nidra practice. In this session participants will be guided for internalized awareness leading to the sense of Pratyahara. In this session awareness is rotated in the same sequence again and again, which induces a flow of pranic energy within the neuronal circuit of the motor homunculus of the brain. This pranic flow brings in a subjective experience of relaxation in the brain.
All the three sessions is a meditative journey towards the state of Shunya: stillness to the mind, where all mind chattering is ceased.
Program Highlights
Session 1 with Mrunal Pawar is a Yoga session that will include a combination of asana and mantra with controlled breathing.
Session 2 with Harshvardhan Jhaveri will allow participants to practice in guided Pranayama and Meditation Techniques
Session 3 with Sn. Karmarath you will experience Yog Nidra session that is inspired by Bihar School of Yoga.
Each session will deal with one element and will comprise the following,
- Theory lecture on the element of the day, along with its impact on body, mind, and life.
- Recommendations on which asana to practice to work on specific elements.
- Understanding how the elements work together through our body systems and the Prana Vayus.
