While modern medicine has a lot to offer humanity in terms of the treatment and management of illnesses and emergency situations, yoga has a lot to offer in terms of preventive, promotive, and rehabilitative procedures, as well as a variety of management strategies for current ailments.


Modern medicine is largely concerned with our bodies and is materialistic. The cornerstone of management is drugs.

Yoga, on the other hand, is founded on five essential principles: relaxation, exercise,  breathing, food, a positive attitude, and meditation. As a result, some refer to it as a "lifestyle polypill."
